Steven P. Maasbach joined the Manhattan Mortgage Company 10 years ago and worked with his brother Bruce Maasbach to lead the Maasbach team to a coveted spot on the "Top 100 Originators in the Nation" list. Steven now leads his own team at Manhattan Mortgage--a group of professionals committed to delivering the highest standards of service and accuracy in the mortgage financing industry. He continues to train new real estate brokers and lead seminars on mortgages, home ownership, and real estate concerns for various groups.
Steven received his Masters in Real Estate Development from the Schack Institute of Real Estate at New York University and his certificate in real estate from the Steven L. Newman Real Estate Institute at Baruch College. He received his bachelors degree from Messiah College. A native New Yorker, he is married with two children.
